Rock…Release…Roll

Yesterday was such a full day for me, physically, emotionally, spiritually and energetically, that I fell asleep without doing some sort of full moon observance.

So when I awoke at 5:44 AM, after relieving myself, taking my puppy outside, checking on the ball of sleeping kittens, and brushing my teeth, I sat down to center and communicate with my divine and intuitive self.

I usually make lists or note in my journal things that I no longer need, want, or have room for. I always have a stone, or two or twelve. Since I was intending to release specific entities, I chose specific stones. As I prepare this post for you, I’m realizing some of the stones chose to be included. Here are some that I found to be most useful.

Labradorite energy protects and strengthens preventing others from tapping into your personal energy and draining you. It can help reveal the nature of “mystery illnesses”, can amplify healing thoughts and prayers.

Rhodonite supports utilization of gifts/innate abilities to change (make changes, evoke change, effect change). Can help find strong sense of self, supports detoxification and purification.

Turquoise represents self forgiveness, self acceptance and the release of useless regrets.

Tiger Eye can create harmony between opposing sides with different beliefs. (strangers, friends, family, co-workers, significant others).

Moonstone helps sort through emotions and gain higher understanding of their meaning and purpose. Aids in releasing frustration and surrendering to the natural progress of life.

Unakite Jasper can assist with truly releasing disharmonious emotional patterns, negative feelings, habitual thoughts and inner dialogue.

Faden Quartz offers stability while it assists with the removal of emotionally-based attachments.

I challenge you to find one of the above stone, hold it, vibe with it, carry it around with you, put it in your purse or pocket, sleep with it, place it on your dresser, night stand or book shelf. Do what you like, what feels right…you won’t regret it.

Thump out!
